e-Grid (Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture), a software development company, has been selected in the open competition of “International Demonstration Project on Japan’s Energy Efficiency Technologies” by the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) for a survey of the suitability of demonstration requirements. Its purpose is to conduct a feasibility study on energy consumption of electric motorcycles in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, and we are pleased to announce that our company’s EV batteries and EV stations will be used in this project.
We intend to work with e-Grid to analyze and improve the driving habits of drivers and improve the energy efficiency of electric motorbikes. In fact, in addition to promoting the realization of a decarbonized society by reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, this project aims to develop and implement a system to encourage safe driving by utilizing the data obtained by analyzing driver behavior.
